Tatzumi is the app for tattoo artists. Your clients book through your own link, Tatzumi plans the times, follows up the deposits and translates the chat. You only step in when it matters.

What Tatzumi does for you

  1. Your booking link, with your logo Pro

One link for your Instagram bio. Clients see your studio, not ours.

Start screen of the booking link for Cobra Gold Tattoo in dark mode, with the gold CG studio logo and the title Book your tattoo.

  2. Booking questions that follow your rules

One question per screen. Clients only see the styles, days and session types you offer.

  3. Suggested times, also for big projects

Free times that fit your week. With several sessions, Tatzumi keeps your time between sessions so the skin can heal.

Suggested series for a project of three sessions, with weeks of healing time between the dates; each date can be moved.

  4. Deposits that follow themselves up

Tatzumi sends the reminders. Once the deposit is paid, your calendar shows it.

  5. A client summary that keeps itself up to date Pro

What you agree in the chat lands on the client card, with the date. You can always change it.

  6. Live translation in the chat Pro

Everyone writes and reads in their own language. Your client writes in Spanish, you read it in yours, and your reply reaches them in Spanish. The original is always one tap away.

  7. One message to all your clients Pro

A free spot, a flash day, a guest spot or news. Only to clients who said yes, each in their own language.

Message your clients: the types Free spot, Flash day, Guest spot, Books open and more, with the date and time of the free spot filled in.

  8. Your aftercare, in your client's language

Write it once. From the day of the appointment, your client reads it in their own language.

Aftercare chat for your clients: coming soon

The request page of a Spanish client with the artist's aftercare in Spanish: first days, washing, cream, what to avoid.

  9. Your clients' data, safe

    • Photos are end-to-end encrypted. Not even Tatzumi can see them.
    • Client data is encrypted when it's stored.
    • Two-step login for artists: a passkey (Face ID) or an authenticator app.
